How to Pay
We offer a number of ways for you to pay your infringement. This includes by cheque or money order via mail, credit card over the phone, internet payment where the notice you have received indicates if this facility is available to you, and if indicated in your letter you can pay by cash, in person at the agency.

Submit a statement
If you have received an infringement and would like to lodge a statement relating to the infringement you can do so by visiting the “Submit a Statement” page on this website, this page also allows you to apply for an extension of time to pay. Please be advised you must meet the criteria outlined on that page.
You can contact us to make a payment, provide additional information, to correct information or simply to let us know about your experience with BTA. You can contact us by phone, mail, email and fax. Please see the “Contact Us” page for more information.
BTA handles the processing of infringements for agencies that issue infringements under the Infringements Act 2006. General information on the services offered by BTA P/L can be found on this site.
